Hotel located: 1 Dolabauri str. Isani-Samgori district, Tbilisi. The project covers the 7-storey building, the structure type construction; the idea was to make the elevation shaft dominant on the central façade, which would make interesting the appearance of the building; for finishing there will be used ceramic tiles accomplished on bell-type system as well as aluminum double mini inlaid stained-glass, supporting to its harmonization with the environment.
